We are in receipt of your favour No.71421/

14 of the 25th instant with regard to the Charters

of our sailing ships "Drumeltan" and "Daylight", and

note that trading with the Hong Kong branch of Messrs

Arnhold Karberg and Company would be held to be

illegal.

Since our enquiry was made we have re-

ceived advice from the Time Charterers that their

sub-charters of these vessels to Messrs Arnhold,

Karberg and Company have been cancelled.
